Prices:

Our prices are competitive and include everything you would expect in a viewing facility. The use of all our available equipment is included at no extra cost.

- Hostesses/Host included
- 30 min breathing time before and after groups
- Audio and DVD recording
- Internet access
- Reasonable use of phone and office facilities
- Flip charts
- Coffee & Tea for clients and respondents

The following specialist equipment is available at an extra cost:
- Provision of laptops - £50 per machine per evening
- Surfing Labs - as above but including picture in picture viewing in client room £150 per studio plus any laptop hire
- Uploading session footage onto web - £250

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation

Cancellation charges apply to confirmed bookings cancelled within the following time periods.

10 working days - 50% of studio cost
5 working days - 100% of studio cost

'Working days' are defined as a full standard working day of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. For example, cancelling a booking on a Monday for a Friday booking constitutes four working days.

Home Sweet Home will not make a charge if the studio can be resold for the same dates for similar fees.

Home Sweet Home will accept no responsibility for delays caused by weather, industrial action, transport difficulties, terrorist action, demonstrations or any other circumstance beyond its control.

Respondents

Information relating to respondents will remain the property of the field agency or initial contact

We are not involved in recruitment of respondents and are not liable for quality or quantity of respondents.

Payment
Terms of payment are strictly 30 days from date of invoice and are subject to VAT.

Property
Home Sweet Home will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred by the client as a result of any loss, damage or deterioration to any stored materials.
